German Christmas Market

Ride next to the Scott Monument.

In several of my recent posts I've mentioned the German Christmas Market, which is an annual festival in central Edinburgh every year. There are tons of booths selling chocolates, gluhwein, nutcrackers, and traditional sausages. There's also an ice rink and a bunch of rides, including a ferris wheel. In this post I've uploaded some photos and a video from the festival.

Steak and haggis sandwich.
The man working the booth made the
haggis from his own special recipe.
